hi!! recently i started seed cycling for my hormonal imbalance issues. but since then ive noticed swelling in my entire body... and a kind of heaviness in the kidney areas. can you please suggest me what to do wheather to stop taking seed or not?

Your choice: Seed cycling is a naturopathic plan claimed to balance hormones and boost fertility. It involves eating flax/pumpkin/sesame/sunflower seeds at different times of the month to balance certain hormones. Medical studies have not shown any real effect with Phytoestrogens on human hormones. Increased amounts of seed consumption can cause water retention (because of salt) and constipation.
