hormonal imbalances like pcos cause women to get stretch marks? i've consistently maintained my weight but have many on my butt, hips, lower back.

Striae: Pcos does not cause stretch marks at all. Most women have an tendency towards stretch marks (striae) that is hereditary, so some women get them more easily than others. (blame your genes.) some endocrine problems - cushing's syndrome/disease for example - cause e stretch marks, but most don't.
