35yr female. yesterday early morning (about 3am) i was struggling to breathe and nauseated with chest pain. heart rate reached 136bpm. it lasted for about 20 minutes. what could be the cause?

Could be serious: Chest pain with difficulty breathing and tachycardia could be a sign of something serious. You should call your dr and make an appt to be seen ASAP. They can do a thorough exam and EKG to check your heart and determine if there is an arrhythmia, or other problem.
