Fast heartbeat: A resting heart rate of 130 beats per minute is abnormal. You should be evaluated by your primary care doctor or a cardiologist as you may have an abnormal heart rhythm. You will likely need heart rhythm monitoring at the very least to determine the diagnosis and if you need treatment. Hope that helps!
