Possible but: It's possible but unlikely because blocked arteries are very rare in non-smoking 30 year old women (per your profile). If you were 60, i'd urge you to go right to the er but but in your case, it's more likely to be caused by something other than your heart.

Gerd: You may have reflux causing your symtoms your age and gender make coronary heart disease unlikely but a cardiac evaluation is in order.
