Was on keflex for uti for 7 days, culture confirmed e. coli infection. been done w meds for 3 days & still feel burning when i pee. could i need more?

E.coli treatment: Keflex is not the best antibiotic for E.Coli infection. Call your doctor. Drink a lot of liquids & cranberry juice. Vit c helps to acidify the urine.
