Yes: Any kind of Antibiotic will kill off not only bad bacteria, but good bacteria as well. This can cause a wide variety of problems. Make sure you only take antibiotics when prescribed for you by a Dr for a specific illness. Take the medication for the full number of days to prevent resistance. Take probiotics once done so you can rebuild your gut flora. Call Dr for abd pain/diarrhea after Antibiotic
