I have been confirmed as positive for covid-19. the only symptom i had started a week ago (a sore throat) and that has gone away. i have a few aches and pains but no additional symptoms. how long before i find out if im still positive?

3 criteria: The CDC outlines 3 criteria for ending home isolation after recovering from Covid. 1) no fever for more than 72 hours and 2) other symptoms have improved or are gone and 3) 14 days have passed since first symptoms

New criteria: CDC is no longer recommending people have a neg COVID 19 test before going in public. If you tested pos for COVID but NEVER had sx’s –can leave isolation 10 days after you tested pos. Can stop isolation if you feel better & a) it has been more than 10 days since sx’s began & b) you have NOT been taking meds to reduce fever & been FEVER FREE for at least 24 hrs & c) other sx’s improved.
