New criteria: CDC is no longer recommending people have a neg COVID 19 test before going in public. If you tested pos for COVID but NEVER had sx’s –can leave isolation 10 days after you tested pos. Can stop isolation if you feel better & a) it has been more than 10 days since sx’s began & b) you have NOT been taking meds to reduce fever & been FEVER FREE for at least 24 hrs & c) other sx’s improved.
