None.: There is currently no medication routinely prescribed for Covid-19 infections. Some patients which have to be hospitalized for difficulty breathing or multi organ problems may receive IV remdesivir, or plasma or other high risk treatments. None of these would be used outpatient. Treat symptoms: Acetaminophen for pain/fever. Drink lots of fluids, rest.

See below: You may take paracetamol for fever and pain, no more than 4 g/day, no alcohol. Drink enough water and fruit juice so your urine is mostly colorless. Go to hospital if you develop breathing difficulty. Wish you good health!
