Age ? : Newborns have pristine skin after floating in the waters of the womb. After delivery their skin dries & they often develop transient baby acne and other issues. Your description is too vague one to decide what the issues are & how one would care for it. You are welcome to start over with more detail or just have the kids doc look at it.
