Best to be seen: Sores in the mouth in a toddler can be indicative of multiple different kinds of diseases. From hand, foot and mouth disease to, measels or a herpes virus infection, these illnesses need different treatments based on what they actually are. It would be best for a doctor to see these sores in person to get a good idea for what to do.
