I'm concered if i have ludwig's angina. i have 1 or 2 teeth on bottom that may need attention. i have no problem breathing now, no fever. would 1st step be to go to er or get the dental treatment.

Not likely Ludwig's: Ludwig's angina is a very serious illness, much swelling, trouble breathing, fever, you would know you were in trouble. You should get dental treatment.

Medical/Dental: Your Dentist will do a medical screening as part of his/her initial examination. Make sure to report all concerns/symptoms/medications to your Dentist. If there are particular concerns your Dentist may want you to have a Physical Examination.
