Change med or dose: You may require a different dose still or another medication altogether. Make sure you are giving your body enough time to get used to the medicine. Otherwise you might talk to your doctor about alternatives to adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine).

There are many causes of not being able to focus- learning & processing problems, nutritional deficiencies and even allergies. It is better to find the real cause of focus problems and treat that instead of taking drugs that have side effects like you are experiencing.
