Adhd: ADHD as child continues as adult if not treated. Consult a Psychiatrist for evaluation and treatment.

See your doctor: There is such a thing as adult ADHD. If you had childhood ADHD, you are at increased risk for this. See your doctor for treatment options. Hope this helps!

Not outgrown: Sounds like you have not outgrown your ADHD. This is common. If you work in a job or environment tat is challenging your ability to focus and attend, you should consult you doctor or a referral to a Neurologist or Psychiatrist who treats individuals with adult ADHD. The same medications used to treat children may be helpful to you.
