I've been taking sinutab for sinus pain since and now i've developed a ear ache. is there medication that i can get to help my ear?

Hard to say: Those with sinus discomfort often will have the tube between the middle ear & throat swell. This can result in fluid buildup that would act that way. That fluid & discomfort can clear naturally. However, germs from the throat can enter the tube & progress to an ear infection that needs prescribed meds. If it doesn't pass in a couple days contact your doc.
