Although possible that pseudo tumor exaceration can cause dizziness, a direct effect on the acoustic-vestibular system is rather rare. Recommend looking for a co-morbidity to explain this, especially with a history of sinus difficulties. An otolaryngologist would be very helpful, but have your neurologist collaborate.
