i've had sore ear, throat, and cough for over a week. thought it was just sinus infection but they normally don't last that long. now it's in my chest?

Question?: There is no question here! Sore throat, cough and "in chest" can be of viral or bacterial origin. Viral respiratory illness can last several weeks. No way to say what you have at this time without thorough exam.
