Sounds like a sinus : Problem. May not require antibiotics as usually don't give early unless meet specific criteria but there are comfort measures doc can provide for you. Feel better!

See your doctor: to see if you may have an infection in the sinuses, and the drainage is irritating the throat and drying on the tonsils giving the white spots.
