Go to a clinic: You have to be seen in person, the X-ray will be ordered by them and done there if it is an urgent care or Emergency Department. Or that doctor will give you the forms you need to get an X-Ray. When you get seen in person you will get the care you need with the appropriate paperwork to do so. I recommend going to a site that has the ability to X-ray you immediately, and then if broken, cast it.
