Mutiple answers: Make sure that they check for spinal meningitis. This sounds like it is some type of internal infection still present. He may need a different type of antibiotic. Other possiblities are some type of insect bite that causes these symptoms. Go back to your doctor for a thorough check up right away. Best of luck.
