What are the reasons someone could pass tissue during pregnancy? baby is healthy and alive. bleed for 2 days light, clots then red tissue a inch long and a inch wide with bright red blood.

"Passing tissue" ?'s: On occasion, twin pregnancy can occur, and one pregnancy may have significant less blood supply, and end in miscarriage, which when expelled appears like tissue. Fortunately, the other pregnancy usually does well and is not affected.
