Bleeding and pain ?: Vaginal bleeding with small clots is not caused by ovarian cysts. When accompanied by abdominal pain, pregnancy should be ruled out. Obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy. See your gyn physician for an exam to properly diagnose your symptoms.
