This : This is a difficult question to answer without examining you. One possible diagnosis would be retained placenta from your delivery and this would be evaluated by an ultrasound. Another possibility would be fibroids or adenomyosis, which might have caused pain and cramping prior to your pregnancy. Best to be evaluated by your obstetrician.
