Sinusitis: Greetings. What you are describing HC sounds like Sinusitis. The rash may be a dermatological manifestation. Otherwise, your descriptions are textbook. See your doctor for confirmation and treatment. Saline nasal wash via NeilMed and then Nasacort (triamcinolone) 2 Sprays each nostril every night can also help. I also recommend Motrin with food. 3-4 tabs 3x/day should help reduce inflammation and pain. Good Luck
