Possibly: You may not necessarily be more susceptible but if you did contract the infection and you were very anemic, you would be more susceptible to complications. Find out what causes your anemia and obtain appropriate treatment. Practice social distancing, wear a mask when it's not possible. Wash hands often. Keep away from ill people. Gargle with warm salt water daily. Take a zinc supplement.
