No: It's common, very common, for women to have some anemia such as you have. If you take an iron pill with citric acid (orange juice to increase absorption) you should be fine. You can also try to increase iron by eating iron rich foods. It's always better if you can, to eat iron rich foods than take supplement. But will not increase risk for miscarriage or hurt baby unless hgb.
