Many options: There are many options. One standard treatment is a triple antibiotic cream; this will prevent infection but does not directly help healing. I prefer applying natural herbal extracts like aloe vera gel, calendula cream and neem oil. You can also take Vitamin C 1000 mg 2-3x/day to promote healing.
