Bulging discs: I am making the assumption that because these are bulges, you are not a surgical candidate. I use acupuncture on many patients who have non-surgical intervertebral disc problems. It can be a very effective treatment.

Work with a Dr: Unfortunately there is no single cure for bulging discs. Work with a knowledgeable Dr who can try different therapies to see which one works for you. Treatments include: Microdiscectomy, Disc replacement, Spinal fusion, Laminectomy, Weight loss, Electrical stimulation, Back braces, exercises, Acupuncture, Stretches, Epidural steroid injections, chiropractic therapies, and many more.
