Sleep and BP: Sleep disturbances such as sleep disordered breathing or sleep apnea commonly cause blood pressure elevation. Anxiety can too, as can caffeine (in coffee tea sodas or chocolate). This is a big question and can't be thoroughly addressed in this little space. It may be worth a consultation.
