No: Comorbid conditions which can increase risks include diabetes, severe obesity, chronic pulmonary disease & asthma, liver or kidney disease, significant cardiac problems, being immunocompromised (such as HIV/AIDS, organ transplants, cancer treatments).

MH & COVID: Mental Health Condition is a very broad category. In general no, but if someone is out of touch w/reality as in psychosis, he or she may not take proper precautions and this can raise the probability to some degree from risky behavior. Peace and good health.
