Covid is stressful: Many have sleep & appetite changes, worsening chronic health conditions and mental health conditions, increased tobacco, alcohol, and other substances, and worry about health of self, loved ones, finances, job, support services. Choose healthy nutrition, sleep, exercise, stress reduction, and support. Eliminate unhealthy practices. Contact local or telemental (phone or computer) health services.

Consult your doc: This is dependent on where you are located.I can't tell from your information available to me.Most areas in the US have mental health support, generally provided by either licensed social workers, psychologists,or psychiatrists. There are often public health initiatives which can help.Consult with your primary care provider to get a referral.Meanwhile, eat well, exercise, keep in touch with friends.
