Neurozan is a combination of vitamins which has not been formally studied in Covid patients so it is not known whether it can help “COVID brain” but worth a try & wouldn’t hurt, as nutritional deficiencies are definitely associated with COVID in some cases. Good nutrition, regular aerobic exercise (preferably outdoors for fresh air & sun) & brain exercise (puzzles, reading, etc) are key.

The ingredients in the supplement may be helpful, but studies are needed. Discuss rehab therapy and a referral to a specialist with your physician.

Symptoms like you describe can be seen in 1/3 of patients in the 6 months following the acute infection. Would definitely not take OTC preparations as none have been proven of any substantial value and are a waste of money and a potential hazard. Do see a neurologist, as we do have medications and cognitive programs which may be very helpful. We could also help via virtual consult on HT.
