I have pain in my lower abdominal, lower back, sometimes around the arms and shoulders, in other most parts of the upper body. my stomach/belly makes noises almost all the time. i feel feeling burning in my chest and stomach, sometimes. ?

Uncertain: Questions that involve attempts to diagnose often go unanswered. I don't know if all of this constellation of symptoms is from one cause or more than one.
