Night burning: May be relate to reflux, with or without H pylori/ulcer. Lying acid refluxes up the esophagus and pain is referred to the arms.Also may b related to your gallstones/gallbladder. Evaluate this week with doctor/urgent care and discuss a trial of ranitidine/omeprazole, H pylori testiing, elevating head of bed. Rare other entities, pancreas, colonic disorders/constipation,ovarian/uterine issues.
