Some possibilities: Some infants develop a shortening of the sternocliedomastoid muscle after the trauma of a vaginal delivery. PT helps these. Some will have an abnormality in the vertebrae of the neck & have that lean for their life. Unless this is studied with appropriate x-rays and or exam by a doc with training in this area little can be said about the true problem.
