Hello. my 1 year old daughter has a fever that has gone up over night. it seems like she is also starting to convulse because she randomly shakes as if she's startled. please advise?

Take her in: There is no home care option for what you think is a convulsion. She should be taken in to be evaluated immediately.

Treat fever: Keep her well hydrated and treat fever with Tylenol. Please see a physician right away. Other causes include hypoglycemia and metabolic imbalance.
