I've just taken the morning after pill that contains 0.75mg levonorgestrel. i have a 2 and half month old that is exclusively breastfed. she does not drink formula and needs milk. will breastfeeding her harm her?

Usually not: Emergency contraceptive taken once during breastfeeding will not harm your baby. Most common side effects is a reduction in milk production which lasts 1-3 days. Do not use emergency contraceptives regularly while breastfeeding. Use IUD, mini-pill, or barrier methods.
