This is completely normal. Your mammary glands were on active duty for years, so it is actually common to be able to squeeze a little fluid out even after years during your fertile years. And as long as you even keep po pinching to check, that's a small signal to keep hydrated producing a tiny amount. As long as not bloody, no problems with mastitis, no reason at all to worry!
