my 9 month old baby doesn't drink adequate amount of milk and is too fussy upon eating too . i breast feed him?

expand his diet: Avoid certain foods like eggs and sea food, and stay away from foods that are hard to chew and can cause choking. I was not sure if he is being breast fed or also takes formula, breast feeding is best, of course.
