My finger stick fasting for10-12hrs reads 145 does this indicates i have type2 because im goin for a a1c & im worried that chances are from my finger stick readings i already have diabetes?is it possib a finger sticks show high but alc is normal?

FBS: It takes more than one fasting blood sugar reading to determine if you have diabetes mellitus. The A1c gives an idea of what your blood sugar has been like over the last 3 months. A finger stick FBS value and your A1c may not align totally.
