I started noticing my fingers turning slightly dark unevenly these few days and it is not concentrated but scattered. is it a symptom of diabetes? i have checked my fasting blood sugar with the relion test strip this morning and the reading is 99.

Need to examine: What you described does not suggest diabetes. It could be vascular instability, as can happen in Raynaud's. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. It would be prudent to see your doctor. Wish you good health!
