Is there a more natural alternative to treating a 7 week old with nexium for reflux?

Thickening feeds: Some infants reflux less if you add formula powder to their feeds & prop them upright after feeding. However, the nexium just slows the acid production in the stomach & lessens the pain when it happens. There is no "natural" alternative med that I am aware of that can do this.

Hi There, I have a 3 month old baby currently suffering from reflux. We've been using nexium for the past 5days with no improvement. I feel that the baby has lost some weight as she throws up most of her feed. This happens daily with most feeds.
My 2 months old son was diagnosed with acid reflux his doctor advised to give him Nexium (esomeprazole) 10mg sachet once a day how long will i know his improvin?
