ED: Erectile dysfunction is fairly common in the mid 40s, but when it comes on suddenly, it is a good idea to have a medical evaluation to determine if there is a specific medical cause. It is not likely to be due to the Nexium (esomeprazole). I would see your doctor as soon as you can for evaluation and possible treatment. Good luck.
