Depends : Hormone replacement therapy has gone through massive iterations and changes over the last several years. The right answer is not available. There are guidelines that are increasingly being accepted as appropriate. There's probably nothing wrong with the pill you note. There are many options and the right one for you is the one that makes you feel best with the least risk that you can tolerate.

No: Unless you have lot of unbearable menopausal symptom's like unbearable hot flashes i would stay away from hrt.
