HRT ?'s : Hormone replacement therapy ("HRT") is generally not indicated at age 37 unless blood chemistry indicates premature menopause with high levels of FSH. If FSH is generally over 20-30, this may be the case, but "periods" from HRT would require not taking the HRT for several days to engender withdrawal bleeding. Continuous HRT may prevent any "menstrual" event.
