Is it possible for no cause to be found for postmenopause period? (i am not on hrt, but still have slight hyperplasia).

Hyperplasia is cause: Endometrial hyperplasia causes post menopausal bleeding. This condition may resolve or progress so be sure to follow up with your provider. You may need an ultrasound to check the lining of your uterus and another biopsy.

Postmenopause period. Tvu shows hyperplasia. When doc did d & c she said there was barely any lining to scrape! how can this be with hyperplasia?
