?: You’ve not provided enough historical information to allow a good response. The main question would be why is a 37 year old on hormone replacement therapy (HRT)? That’s not normal and begs the question what else is going on physiologically. If in doubt take a home pregnancy test but a solid answer with the information provided is not possible.
