Hello doctors--hope that all of you and all of your families are well. my tsh is .39, but my t4 is normal (7.7) also, bilirubin is 2.0, and usually "runs toward the high side,"although the liver enzymes were within normal ranges. suggestions please?

No big concerns but:: A slightly low TSH is nothing to worry about but ask your Dr. to check Free T3 and Free T4; they're more useful than total T4. Elevated bilirubin is almost certainly caused by Gilbert's Syndrome, a benign genetic condition, but it may help to minimize alcohol and stay well-hydrated. You're more likely to be low in Vit D due to it. See https://www.healthline.com/health/gilberts-syndrome for more.
