I had normal levels of tsh,t4&tpo but my doctor recommended me to take medication for a month two years ago. i went for checkups and had high tpo with normal tsh and t4&he refuses to give me meds so it won't mess up my period. i often feel tired?

I assume you wish to take thyroid supplement treatment. Some people with TPO antibodies do not have a thyroid disorder but can develop an autoimmune thyroid disorder in the future..With a normal TSH&T4 I wouldn't recommend thyroid supplement at this time. Continued follow-up testing is important though. An endocrinologist or thyroidologist can advise you if you still have concerns.

No treatment for TPO with normal tsh and free T4 unless presence of goiter causing local symptoms or probably during pregnancy
