Probably not needed: Interesting question (and sad it needs to be asked). Rubber bullets do have latex but if shot in an area not covered by clothes it should only be in contact with your skin a fraction of a second; it would only cause an allergy if it lodged in your body but that is very unlikely. If shot, a potential allergy is the least of your worries, but bring Claritin just in case. Be careful out there!

Not always rubber: Rubber bullets are often metal coated in rubber or plastic. Their small size can concentrate their power over a smaller area to do real damage. Baton rounds (40mm rounds) are softer and wider, with less chance of doing permanent injury. In the 1970's rubber bullets used in Ireland contained latex, I haven't a clue if latex is still used.
